About me

A professor put me onto Amazon. I never left.

I found Amazon through a professor. I was finishing a BSc at the end of 2019 when I learned one of my lecturers was also an Amazon seller — he was the first person to explain to me how big the marketplace actually was. He taught me the mechanics himself, and I started taking freelance accounts while I was still studying.

I've worked on Amazon accounts full time ever since. Six years, $30M+ in managed ad spend, 150+ accounts across supplements, skincare and home goods.

One thing worth saying plainly: I don't sell on Amazon myself. I manage other people's accounts full time. That means no competing catalog, no conflict of interest, and no split attention — your account isn't funding a side business of mine.

What I do

Amazon marketing consulting services

Growth on Amazon comes from three things working together: people finding your listing, believing it, and buying it. Break one and the other two stop paying off.

Handled by me, directly 7 services

Amazon PPC & Advertising

Sponsored Products, Brands, Display and DSP managed against your margin. Bleeding search terms cut, spend re-pointed at the placements that actually convert.

Listing Optimization & Amazon SEO

Titles, bullets and backend terms rebuilt around the keywords your buyers actually use — then tracked daily so ranking movement feeds back into bid decisions.

Product Launch & Ranking

Pricing, coupons, Vine and honeymoon-period velocity planned around a target rank, then adjusted through the first 30 days. Terramed went $0 to $11.87M this way.

Seller & Vendor Central Management

Suppressed listings, stranded inventory, variation errors, case logs, chargebacks. The unglamorous work that quietly costs the most.

Keyword & Category Research

Brand Analytics search terms, item comparison, market basket and repeat purchase data — merged into a picture of who ranks, what they spend, and where the gaps are.

Brand Registry & Reinstatement

Registry enrollment, Transparency, IP complaints, hijacker removal, and appeals for suppressed or deactivated listings.

Inventory & FBA Consulting

Demand forecast against lead times, restock limits, storage fee reduction, and FBA vs. FBM vs. SFP by SKU.

A+ Content & Brand Story

Modules that answer the one question shoppers scroll down to ask: is this the right one for me? I write the strategy and copy; my design team builds it. No extra cost — it's inside the retainer.

Storefront Design & Management

Multi-page storefronts built the way customers actually browse. I set the architecture and the traffic strategy; my design team handles the build. Also inside the retainer.

How I work

The same three-part method on every account

Most accounts don't need new tactics. They need someone to read the data they already have and act on it consistently.

01

Pull the data that's already sitting there

Brand Analytics holds four reports most sellers never open: search term performance, item comparison, market basket, and repeat purchase behaviour. I pull all four alongside Campaign Manager data before touching a single bid.

02

Build a full-funnel ad map from it

Merging those two data sets shows exactly where your funnel leaks — which terms bring browsers, which bring buyers, and which competitors are taking the basket. Campaigns get built against the gaps, not against a template.

03

Set spend targets and cut the bleeders

Every campaign gets a spend target derived from the funnel map. Anything spending without returning gets cut early rather than nursed. This is where most of the ACoS improvement comes from.

04

Track organic rank daily and feed it back

Paid and organic aren't separate systems. I track rank on priority keywords every day and use the movement to decide where to push bids and where to pull back, so you stop paying for traffic you've already earned.

05

Scale into new ASINs and marketplaces

Once the core catalog is profitable, the same method extends — new ASINs, new variations, and the international marketplaces where your category already has demand.

What the method returns

Three accounts, three different problems, the same three-part method underneath. All figures shared with the client's permission.

Supplements
$11.87M
Terramed · $0 → $11.87M in 12 months at 17.37% ACoS

Situation: TO FILL — cold startup launch, one line needed
What I did: Built a full-funnel ad map by merging Brand Analytics search term, item comparison, market basket and repeat purchase data with Campaign Manager performance. Set spend targets from that funnel and built campaigns against the gaps. Tracked organic rank daily and fed it back into bid decisions.
Result: $11.87M in year-one sales at 17.37% ACoS.

Skincare
+180%
Pharmlitalia · $75K → $210K monthly profit

Situation: TO FILL
What I did: Same three-part method — Brand Analytics merged with Campaign Manager to map the funnel, a spend-target audit that cut the bleeding campaigns, and daily organic rank tracking feeding back into bids.
Result: Monthly profit from $75K to $210K. TO FILL timeframe.

Home & Kitchen
9.75%
Kitchenedge · six-figure sales at 9.75% ACoS

Situation: TO FILL
What I did: The same method weighted toward efficiency — aggressive bleeder removal and strict spend-target discipline against the funnel map.
Result: Six-figure monthly sales held at 9.75% ACoS. TO FILL timeframe.

Who I work with

Brands at the point where advertising decides the outcome

Five-figure sellers ready for six

You've proven the product sells. The next step isn't a new tactic — it's reading the data you already have and spending against it with discipline. This is most of my work.

New launches with real backing

Launching cold into a competitive category. Terramed started here and finished the year at $11.87M. It takes a funnel map before day one, not after month three.

Accounts bleeding ad spend

Sales are fine, ACoS isn't. Usually the campaigns were built from a template rather than from the account's own search term data. The fix is a spend-target audit.

Supplement brands

My deepest category. Compliance constraints, restricted claims, subscription behaviour and repeat purchase data all change how the funnel should be built.

Brands expanding internationally

US, Canada, UK, Germany, wider EU, UAE and Australia. Same method, adjusted for the search behaviour and competition in each marketplace.

When to hire in-house instead: if Amazon is the majority of your revenue and you're big enough to keep a full-time specialist genuinely busy, an internal team will eventually beat any external partner on speed. I'll tell you that on the call rather than after you've signed.

Why work with me

You get me, not an account manager

  • One person on your account — me. The person on your first call is the person adjusting your bids on a Tuesday morning. Nothing gets handed down.
  • Six years, $30M+, 150+ accounts. Up to $400K a month in spend on a single account. Amazon Sponsored Ads Certified.
  • A method built on your data, not a template. Brand Analytics merged with Campaign Manager before anything gets built. Most accounts are sitting on the answer already.
  • No conflict of interest. I don't sell on Amazon myself. No competing catalog, no side business your retainer is quietly funding.
  • Design handled, at no extra cost. A+ content and storefronts go to my design team under my direction — inside the retainer, not billed on top.

Questions

Amazon marketing consultant FAQs

What does an Amazon marketing consultant do?
An Amazon marketing consultant helps brands sell more on Amazon by improving how products rank, convert and advertise. In my case that means advertising strategy and daily management, listing optimization and keyword research, launch and ranking strategy, and account health — with A+ content and storefront design handled by my design team under my direction.
Do you work alone?
Yes. I'm the only person on your account: I build the campaigns, adjust the bids and write the reports. The one exception is creative — A+ modules and storefront builds go to a design team I direct, because that's a specialist craft and pretending otherwise would cost you quality. Everything else is me.
What happens if you're on holiday or unwell?
TO FILL — this is the single most common objection to hiring a solo consultant, and dodging it costs deals. Answer it plainly: notice period before planned time off, what stays monitored, and what you'd do in an emergency.
Do you sell on Amazon yourself?
No, and I think that's the right way round. I manage other people's accounts full time. There's no competing catalog, no category I'm quietly building in, and no risk that your retainer is subsidising a business of mine that competes with yours.
How much do you charge?
It depends on catalog size, marketplaces, ad spend and how much of the work is advertising versus full account management. I quote per account after looking at it rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most people. Send your storefront link and I'll come back with a figure.
Do you handle both organic ranking and paid advertising?
Yes, and they're managed together on purpose. I track organic rank on priority keywords daily and use the movement to decide where to push bids and where to pull back. Splitting them across two vendors is how brands end up paying for traffic they've already earned organically.
How long before I see results?
Advertising efficiency usually moves within 30 days, because cutting bleeding campaigns has an immediate effect. Organic ranking takes 60–90 days, since it depends on accumulated sales velocity and reviews. Anyone promising page-one ranking in two weeks is describing something you don't want happening on your account.
Which categories do you know best?
Supplements is my specialism — compliance constraints, restricted claims and repeat-purchase behaviour all change how the funnel should be built, and that's where most of my work sits. I also work in skincare and beauty, and home and kitchen. Outside those three I'll tell you honestly if I haven't run the category.
Do you work with Seller Central and Vendor Central?
Both, plus Amazon DSP. Vendor Central limits your control over pricing and content, so the levers change — I'll tell you which model suits your catalog if you're deciding between them.
Do I need to give you access to my Amazon account?
Not to start. Send a storefront link and I can tell you a fair amount from the outside. If we work together, you add me as a user with defined permissions through Seller Central — you own the account, you control access, and you can revoke it in one click.
Which marketplaces do you cover?
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, the wider EU, the UAE and Australia. The method is the same everywhere, but search behaviour and competitive density differ enough that each marketplace gets its own funnel map.
